Project Overview

The Score is a 20-hole, all par-3 layout that transforms an abandoned 18-hole course that was once the centerpiece of a Phoenix residential community. The 20-hole design is just part of the backstory of the name “The Score.” As part of the concept, our work will integrate music to the golf experience through a proprietary geo-fence system that will allow golfers to play music that has been specially curated to match the theme of each hole. The “Soundscape” technology at The Score will be the first application of its kind in the world of golf.

Our design not only preserves the existing residential neighborhood, but opens the site up to more than 300 new homes that will create an even more vibrant community.

The Score will feature holes ranging from 70 to 220 yards and will become home to “The Rock and Roll Green” — a large putting course that will be night lighted for casual ‘rounds’ by golfers of all abilities.
